Application & Selection
- Apply online by emailing info@southernrealms.org.au with your expression of interest.
- We welcome stalls that are medieval or Renaissance-themed, handcrafted, or interactive.
- Spaces are limited — apply early to secure your place!
Stall Fees & Setup
- Competitive rates for the festival (details provided on application).
- Stall setup time: Saturday morning.
- Vehicle access available for unloading; details provided upon acceptance.
Facilities & Requirements
- Electrical access (if required, request in application).
- Stall size: approx. 3m x 3m standard; larger stalls by negotiation.
- Safety: no open flames unless approved; all stalls must be family-friendly.
Festival Rules & Guidelines
- Respect the festival theme; costumes encouraged!
- No selling of prohibited items.
